Any items returned need to be checked and we will notify you via e-mail of your refund. You can expect a refund within three weeks of our receiving your return. Items can returned because they are damaged, defective or incorrect. If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or, in accordance with our returns policy, because it is damaged or defective, we will check all items returned for damages or defective.
In the event we find no fault, we reserve the right to re-charge you for the item/s and to recover our fees and expenses from you. If there’s a fault or in case of damaged item, we will refund or replace the item. You MUST return the item to us in its original condition within 14 days of the date you received the item, unopened (with any seals and shrink-wrap intact) and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item.
We can only accept the return of opened items if they are faulty. Please note that we reserve the right to send back items to you that have been returned to us after 14 days unless they are faulty. Items returned within the seven-day cooling off period By Law, customers located in the European Union also have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within seven working days of the day after the date the item is delivered.
We will not refund the cost of packaging, your costs in returning the item to us and other services provided to you in connection with your purchase unless you return the item to us because of an error on our part or because it is defective. Items returned under the 14-day returns guarantee.
Where you are withdrawing from your purchase between seven and 14 days after delivery and there has been no error on our part, we will refund only the cost of the item.
We will not refund the cost of packing and wrapping of the goods, delivery or other services provided to you in connection with your purchase.
Warranty: By Default the Warranty of Goods is 2 Years, on all Products. Regarding Laptops Batteries have 6 Months from Invoice Date.

If you reside in Cyprus, we accept Paypal, Cash or Cheque, and this happens, during your online purchase, you will have an optional choice as you proceed after logging in.
If you live outside Cyprus, all Payments, can be made by Paypal or Bank Transfer.
Nicosia Cyprus: All Deliveries are charged at 5 Euro, and Outside Nicosia depending on your method of Payment Akis Express is Our Courier of Choice. They usually Charge 3-5 Euro for pre-paid goods, and 7-9 Euro for Delivery of Goods where you Pay us on Delivery.
Delivery to Europe is usually around 70 Euro per Item.
